Cancellation Policy
Alphapeak Nutrition LLP allows customers to request order cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you request cancellation before your order is processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If payment has already been received and the cancellation is accepted, the eligible refund will be processed.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, the customer may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy, subject to product eligibility.
3. Cancellation by Alphapeak
We may cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailable
- Incorrect product price
- Incorrect product information
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Incorrect shipping information
- Delivery restrictions
- Technical errors
- Other legitimate circumstances
If we cancel an eligible prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed.
4. Refund After Cancellation
Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
The time taken for the refund to reach your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
